Your primary focus will be on managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process from initial contact to qualified meeting.
  • • You will report directly to our SDR Manager, a leader who is committed to your success but also driven by achieving tangible results. This dynamic environment fosters a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.

  • • **Inbound Lead Management:** Your day-to-day will involve swiftly engaging with inbound leads generated through our marketing efforts. The core of this responsibility is to effectively qualify these leads, understanding their needs and determining their fit with our services, and then scheduling productive discovery calls for the sales team.
  • • You will be instrumental in implementing and refining new strategies aimed at maximizing the number of qualified meetings booked, thereby ensuring a consistent and healthy flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • • **Lead Generation:** Beyond managing inbound interest, you will own both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives. This dual responsibility ensures a comprehensive approach to pipeline building, allowing us to capture opportunities from various sources and continuously expand our reach.
  • • You will leverage powerful sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and specialized platforms like Apollo and Instantly, to meticulously identify, research, and engage with potential clients, driving proactive outreach and pipeline development.
  • • **Email Sequences & Automation:** A significant aspect of your role will be developing, testing, and implementing sophisticated email sequences designed to nurture inbound leads effectively. This involves crafting compelling, personalized, and persuasive email content that resonates with prospects and compels them to take the desired action – booking a meeting.
  • • You will harness the power of AI tools, such as Instantly, to optimize your outreach efforts, personalize communication at scale, and automate key touchpoints in the lead nurturing process, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
  • • **Outbound Outreach & Prospecting:** You will take ownership of outbound lead generation, employing a multi-channel approach that includes strategic LinkedIn engagement, targeted cold email campaigns, and direct prospecting methods. Your goal is to consistently fill the sales pipeline with new, high-potential leads who align with our ideal customer profile.
  • • **Communication & Follow-ups:** Proactive and persistent communication is key. You will be responsible for diligently following up with leads, maintaining engagement, and guiding them towards scheduling and attending their booked meetings. This includes professionally handling any no-show scenarios, addressing concerns, and rescheduling calls to ensure maximum opportunity conversion.
  • • **CRM Management:** Maintaining the integrity of our sales data is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring all lead records in HubSpot are accurate, up-to-date, and meticulously organized. This includes diligently reporting on your performance metrics through the CRM and Google Sheets, providing clear visibility and transparency into your results and contributions.
  • • **What Success Looks Like:** Success in this role is defined by your ability to develop and execute highly effective email sequences that demonstrably increase engagement and booked meetings. A high conversion rate from initial contact to a held meeting is paramount, showcasing your skill in qualifying and engaging prospects.
  • • You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency and mastery in utilizing AI tools for sales outreach and pipeline automation, becoming an expert in leveraging technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • • **Role Details:** This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Please note that the work hours are aligned with U.S. business hours, specifically 9 AM - 6 PM EST. We will be testing your internet connectivity to ensure it meets the demands of remote work, and we encourage you to do the same.
