  • • Engage with small business owners who have started but not completed financing applications or previously declined offers, reactivating stalled conversations to convert leads into approved funding submissions.
  • • Conduct high-volume outbound calls using an auto-dialer system, maintaining consistent call quality and energy across 100+ daily calls while adhering to script guidelines and compliance standards.
  • • Present Forward Financing’s revenue-based funding solutions as tailored business support tools, clearly articulating product benefits, application requirements, and speed-to-funding advantages.
  • • Identify and overcome objections in real-time by actively listening, asking probing questions, and aligning funding options with the prospect’s specific cash flow or operational needs.
  • • Drive urgency through targeted call-to-actions, compelling prospects to complete applications within timelines that maximize conversion rates.
  • • Maintain accurate, real-time updates of all lead activity, communication history, and outcome tracking in Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless handoff to downstream sales teams.
  • • Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs including outbound call volume, average talk time, multi-channel touchpoints (SMS/email), and submission conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate with Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide frontline feedback on lead behavior, application friction points, and messaging effectiveness for continuous funnel optimization.
  • • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, updated scripts, or new product features while maintaining strict adherence to internal processes, compliance protocols, and data integrity standards.
  • • Leverage tools such as Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau to monitor performance metrics, track pipeline health, and identify trends impacting conversion efficiency.
  • • Consistently follow up on leads across multiple channels with persistence and professionalism, ensuring no opportunity is lost due to lack of outreach.
  • • Remain organized under pressure, managing multiple concurrent conversations and tasks while ensuring no lead falls through the cracks in the pipeline.
  • • Act with authenticity and kindness, building trust with business owners who may be skeptical of financial providers by demonstrating transparency and genuine intent to help.
  • • Contribute to a high-performing, metrics-driven culture where success is defined by measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and team accountability.
  • • Embrace feedback and coaching to refine communication techniques, improve conversion rates, and develop long-term sales acumen in a fast-paced, transactional environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years in a sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role (high-volume environment preferred)
  • • Relentless follow-up discipline and strong phone presence with fast typing and clear written communication
  • • Comfortable using Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • • Metric-driven mindset with ability to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs for call volume, talk time, and conversions
  • • Ability to juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and follow internal processes and guidelines
  • • Background in application-based conversion flows (funding, insurance, etc.) preferred
  • • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
