- • You will build trust-based relationships with prospects by acting as a strategic advisor and co-founder mindset, educating them on how Wayflyer’s fast, flexible financing can unlock inventory, marketing, and operational growth opportunities, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM and providing feedback to improve lead quality and messaging.
- • You will actively participate in Wayflyer’s Revenue Academy, undergoing structured training and coaching to develop advanced sales techniques, objection handling, pipeline management, and consultative selling skills, with a clear pathway to promotion into an outbound BDR role after six months and potential progression to Account Executive or Customer Success Associate within 12–18 months.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to share insights from customer conversations, refine messaging, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Wayflyer’s value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- • You will operate in a high-energy, target-driven environment where ambition, ownership, and resilience are celebrated, embracing a startup mentality to continuously seek ways to improve processes, exceed quotas, and support team success beyond individual metrics.
- • Wayflyer is a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech company backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. - • The company fosters a truly global, collaborative environment with offices in Dublin, London, Sydney, New York, and Charlotte, alongside a growing remote workforce across the US and Europe, offering hybrid work models that provide exposure to senior leadership while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will develop in-demand sales expertise in the high-growth eCommerce and fintech sectors, mastering consultative selling, lead qualification, and revenue operations, while building a strong professional network and gaining the experience needed to accelerate your career in sales leadership or entrepreneurship.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by contributing directly to Wayflyer’s revenue growth, hitting and exceeding quarterly targets, earning recognition through performance-based incentives, and positioning yourself for rapid internal advancement in a company that promotes from within and invests heavily in employee development.

- • Ownership mentality and ambition to build a successful career in sales, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a desire to continuously improve personal and team outcomes.
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment; prior startup experience is a plus but not required.
- • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with founders and entrepreneurs, acting as a trusted advisor in early-stage business conversations.
- • Eligibility to work in Ireland (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
