This pivotal role is designed for high-energy professionals who excel at initiating conversations and building rapport with potential clients through strategic outbound prospecting. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales funnel, identifying and engaging individuals who are looking to sell their current property, rebuild their homes after natural disasters, or embark on the exciting journey of custom building a new home. Your primary mission will be to effectively communicate Homebound's unique value proposition and cultivate strong relationships, ultimately paving the way for meaningful connections with our Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Homebound's expansion by generating qualified leads and ensuring a seamless handover to our sales closers. You will leverage a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, targeted emails, professional networking on LinkedIn, and other innovative outreach methods. Your ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely will be crucial in presenting Homebound's innovative solutions, which leverage technology to streamline the entire home construction process from inception to completion. - • A significant part of your responsibility will involve qualifying inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, demo requests, and direct inquiries. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Salesforce CRM is paramount, ensuring that our sales team has the most current information to nurture leads effectively. You will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of our target prospect base and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, consistently nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales cycle.

You will work hand-in-hand with Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives, ensuring that the transition from an SDR-qualified lead to a scheduled meeting is smooth and efficient. 🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in articulating ideas clearly and concisely via phone, email, and social media, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to build trust.
- • Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting, including making cold calls, sending targeted emails, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms for lead generation.
- • A track record of personal accountability, high integrity, and professionalism, coupled with resilience and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in outbound prospecting or business development.
- • Background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction sales is a significant advantage (nice-to-have).
- • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in updating and managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
