  • • You will craft and execute creative, personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media. This requires a strategic approach to messaging, ensuring that each communication resonates with the prospect's specific needs and pain points, and clearly articulates the value proposition of Level AI's platform.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough prospect research to understand their business objectives, current technology stack, and competitive landscape. This intelligence will enable you to tailor your conversations and position Level AI's solutions effectively, building rapport and trust from the very first interaction.
  • • You will be responsible for qualifying leads based on established criteria, ensuring that the opportunities passed to the Account Executive team are well-vetted and have a high probability of conversion. This involves asking insightful questions, actively listening to prospect responses, and assessing their fit with Level AI's ideal customer profile.
  • • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams is crucial. You will provide valuable feedback from the front lines of customer engagement to inform marketing strategies and product development, ensuring our messaging and offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • • You will maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activities within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing clear visibility into your progress and the overall sales funnel.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound prospecting role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • • Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and building sales pipelines through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand prospect business needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive approach to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
