- • Prospect previously approved small business owners who did not complete their financing applications and convert partially completed submissions into full approvals.
- • Engage in high-volume outbound calling using an auto-dialer system, maintaining consistent pitch quality and energy across 100+ daily calls.
- • Conduct real-time conversations with SMB owners to assess their business needs, address objections, and present customized funding solutions.
- • Educate prospects on the company’s revenue-based financing product, application process, and speed of funding approvals—often within hours.
- • Drive urgency and clear call-to-actions to maximize application completions and increase conversion rates.
- • Track and update all lead activity, status changes, and communication history in Salesforce CRM with precision and consistency.
- • Maintain daily targets for outbound call volume, talk time, and multi-channel touchpoints including SMS and email.
- • Collaborate with the Manager, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide feedback and contribute to funnel optimization.
- • Manage multiple concurrent conversations while staying organized, adhering to internal compliance and procedural guidelines.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving sales strategies, product updates, and shifting team priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Measure success against monthly and quarterly KPIs, consistently exceeding targets for pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
- • Utilize tools such as Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau to monitor performance, analyze data, and report on lead progression.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM notes to support follow-up, reporting, and team alignment.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with full expectation of self-discipline, time management, and consistent productivity.
- • Contribute to a culture rooted in direct communication, authenticity, kindness, and relentless pursuit of mission-driven outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years in a sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role (high-volume environment preferred)
- • Proven phone presence, fast typing speed, and strong written communication skills
- • Comfort using Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau
- • Metric-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs
- • Relentless follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations
- • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
