  • • This is an unparalleled opportunity to become Finch Legal's inaugural Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our law firm partnerships. You will occupy a pivotal position in cultivating our sales pipeline, refining our outbound communication strategies, and actively shaping how Finch establishes trust and generates excitement among prospective law firms.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to close collaboration with our Growth team and Account Executives. Together, you will execute high-caliber outbound campaigns designed to identify and engage potential clients, effectively converting initial interest into robust, long-term relationships. You will be at the forefront of identifying and qualifying prospective law firm clients through strategic outbound email campaigns, persistent cold calling, and targeted LinkedIn outreach. A critical aspect of your role will involve developing an in-depth understanding of Finch's product suite and its unique value proposition, enabling you to communicate credibly and persuasively with attorneys and their staff.
  • • You will meticulously manage the nascent stages of the sales cycle, guiding prospects from their initial point of contact with Finch all the way through to the successful booking of qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Furthermore, you will partner closely with the Growth team to experiment with novel messaging strategies, rigorously track campaign performance metrics, and implement rapid iterations to optimize our outreach efforts. Maintaining precise and up-to-date pipeline data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be essential for informed decision-making and strategic planning. As opportunities arise, you will also represent Finch at key industry conferences and events, serving as a brand ambassador and cultivating valuable connections.
  • • This role offers a unique chance to contribute significantly to building Finch's Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook from its very foundation. As you develop and excel, you will have clear pathways for career advancement, with the potential to transition into roles such as an Account Executive, Growth Strategist, or Customer Success Lead. Moreover, you will engage collaboratively with the broader Finch team, leveraging your insights from client interactions to influence product development and refine our messaging based on invaluable real-world client feedback.
