- • Conduct 200+ outbound cold calls per day to prospects using pre-established sales scripts to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- • Execute sales scripts with accuracy while naturally adapting tone and content based on prospect responses to maintain authentic, professional conversations.
- • Manage and update the sales pipeline daily by tracking all prospect interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the designated CRM system.
- • Perform consistent and timely follow-ups with leads to nurture opportunities and advance them through the sales funnel.
- • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, qualified leads generated, and appointments set.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified prospects for further development and closing, ensuring seamless transition and context transfer.
- • Maintain organized records of all outreach efforts, including notes on prospect interests, objections, and next steps.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based sales operations.
- • Function in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where performance is tracked through measurable outcomes such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment setting.
- • Demonstrate resilience when facing rejection and maintain a positive, motivated attitude under high-pressure targets.
- • Utilize strong verbal communication and persuasion skills to engage prospects, overcome objections, and secure meeting commitments.
- • Show strong organizational abilities to manage high call volumes while accurately logging activities and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
- • Adapt quickly to script updates and process changes without compromising call quality or productivity.

- • Remain compliant with all sales protocols, dialer usage guidelines, and data privacy standards.
- • Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to refine techniques and improve conversion rates over time.
- • Leverage training resources to deepen knowledge of products, services, and industry pain points relevant to target prospects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in sales development, cold calling, or customer-facing roles
- • Fluent English communication skills with strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities
- • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and following structured sales scripts
- • Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST, regardless of local time zone
- • Self-motivated with resilience to rejection and a goal-driven mindset
- • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing pipeline data accurately
