- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for a fast-growing financial-services provider that puts flexible capital in the hands of ambitious businesses. Every day you will identify, engage, and qualify high-intent prospects across North America who need working-capital or equipment-financing solutions, turning curiosity into completed funding applications.
- • Execute a disciplined, high-volume outbound rhythm: 60–80 phone calls, 40–50 personalized emails, and systematic follow-ups to warm, hot, and dormant leads. You will re-ignite conversations with prospects who stalled after initial interest and shepherd those who have started—but not finished—applications by securing the critical bank-statement uploads required for underwriting.
- • Master the art of concise discovery. In 5- to 7-minute calls you will uncover pain points around cash-flow gaps, expansion timelines, and asset purchases, then translate those needs into our suite of funding products. You will maintain a consultative tone that positions you as a trusted advisor, not a scripted telemarketer.
- • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene. Every call outcome, email touch, objection, and next step is logged in real time so that downstream Account Executives receive a 360-degree view of each prospect. You will build dashboards that track conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and re-engagement success, iterating weekly to raise the bar.
- • Collaborate hand-in-glove with the sales and underwriting teams. You will brief Account Executives on nuanced deal context, flag credit-policy edge cases early, and occasionally jump on joint calls to ensure seamless hand-offs. Your feedback loop will directly influence marketing messaging and lead-scoring models.
- • Hit and exceed monthly targets: 120 qualified applications, 35% conversion from lead to completed form, and 70% of re-activated leads moving to underwriting review. Success is measured not just by volume but by the quality and readiness of each opportunity you create.
- • Continuously sharpen your craft. You will participate in weekly call-listening sessions, A/B test subject lines and call openers, and share win-loss stories in daily stand-ups. We expect you to become a domain expert on alternative lending, staying ahead of competitor offerings and regulatory shifts.
- • Champion a culture of relentless optimism. Rejection is part of the game; your resilience and positive energy will set the tone for the entire revenue organization. You will celebrate small wins, mentor junior SDRs as we scale, and embody our mission of helping businesses thrive through timely, transparent funding.
