• • As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of Replit's go-to-market strategy, responsible for cultivating a robust sales pipeline by managing both inbound leads and executing proactive outbound prospecting campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to identifying and engaging potential customers across a spectrum of business sizes, from Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) to large Enterprise clients.

You will serve as the initial point of contact for many prospective clients, setting a positive and informative tone for their entire Replit journey and ensuring they understand the transformative potential of our platform.

• • Your primary responsibilities will include diligently generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. This involves meticulously following up on inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and strategically initiating outbound outreach to potential clients.
• • You will conduct thorough research on target accounts to develop highly personalized and effective outreach strategies. This deep dive into prospect needs and business challenges will enable you to tailor your communication and demonstrate how Replit can address their specific pain points.
• • A significant aspect of your role will be to articulate Replit's unique value proposition. You will need to clearly explain how our agentic platform empowers users to build applications with natural language, aligning this capability with the business objectives and challenges faced by our prospects.
• • You will be instrumental in scheduling and coordinating introductory meetings between qualified prospects and our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover and a positive experience for the prospect.
• • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of prospect data and logging all sales activities within Replit's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Hubspot, will be a critical daily task. This ensures our sales team has up-to-date information for effective follow-up and strategy development.
• • Collaboration with the marketing team is essential. You will provide valuable feedback on the quality of leads generated by campaigns and offer insights into campaign effectiveness, helping to optimize our lead generation efforts.
• • Continuous improvement is key. You will be expected to constantly refine your outreach approaches, leveraging performance data and market feedback to enhance your effectiveness and achieve your targets.
