- • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads seeking residential and commercial roofing and construction services, engaging clients with warmth, professionalism, and curiosity.
- • Conduct personalized phone conversations to answer inquiries, clarify service offerings, provide general pricing guidance, and outline project timelines based on client needs.
- • Collect and document critical customer information including project scope, property location, and specific construction requirements to ensure accurate handoffs to sales and project management teams.
- • Perform pre-call market research using Google Earth and other tools to review property details and tailor talking points, ensuring each interaction feels informed and relevant.
- • Qualify leads based on interest level, project readiness, and fit, ensuring only high-potential prospects are advanced to the sales team.
- • Maintain a proactive follow-up cadence to nurture leads, prevent drop-offs, and ensure every lead receives timely and consistent communication.
- • Log all client interactions, notes, and outcomes accurately and completely in the CRM system to support seamless pipeline management and team collaboration.
- • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, timely transitions of qualified leads and provide regular feedback on call performance, lead quality, and conversational insights.
- • Operate during U.S. business hours (9AM - 5PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based construction clients effectively.
- • Demonstrate resilience and persistence by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor through rejection and high-volume inbound inquiries.
- • Manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining organized, up-to-date records and ensuring no client is overlooked or left without a next step.
- • Build strong rapport quickly in every interaction, making clients feel genuinely heard, valued, and understood from the first moment of contact.
- • Operate independently with high standards, minimal supervision, and a self-motivated approach to achieving daily call volume and lead qualification targets.
- • Contribute to team improvement by sharing observations on client pain points, common objections, and successful conversation patterns.
- • Drive client satisfaction through thorough information gathering, clear communication, and reliable follow-through that enhances the overall customer experience.
- • Set the tone for long-term client relationships by shaping positive first impressions and establishing trust during initial outreach.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- • Experience using CRM software to log interactions and manage lead data accurately
- • Hands-on experience with research tools such as Google Earth or similar platforms for property or market research
- • Proven track record of managing follow-up sequences and nurturing leads without prompting
- • Natural rapport-builder with ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued within moments of conversation
- • Detail-oriented with consistent accuracy in capturing and documenting customer information
