- • Your Mission: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our pipeline of new business opportunities. This position is fundamentally centered on proactive outreach, identifying and engaging with prospects who may not have yet expressed direct interest but stand to gain significantly from our unique offerings. You will operate in close collaboration with our Account Executives, jointly developing and executing personalized messaging strategies, meticulously identifying high-value brands and agencies, and implementing creative prospecting methodologies across key channels such as LinkedIn, email, and direct cold calling. The ideal candidate is characterized by their resourcefulness, exceptional organizational skills, and an innate ability to thrive within a high-velocity sales environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for an individual with a genuine passion for outbound sales and a strong desire to cultivate a successful career within a rapidly expanding organization.
- • What You’ll Do:
- • Forge strategic partnerships with Account Executives (AEs) to conceptualize and implement robust outbound prospecting strategies aimed at uncovering new business opportunities.
- • Diligently identify and meticulously prioritize high-value target companies that align precisely with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- • Take full ownership of the end-to-end outbound prospecting lifecycle, encompassing the construction and management of outreach sequences, the meticulous crafting of personalized messaging, and the execution of outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- • Consistently execute a high volume of high-quality outbound outreach activities with unwavering dedication.
- • Proactively create and meticulously qualify sales opportunities, ensuring a strong problem-solution fit and maintaining accurate tracking within our CRM system.
- • Leverage a suite of essential prospecting tools, including Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Winmo, and Calendly, to optimize task prioritization and manage outreach efforts effectively.
- • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring all records are current and accurate, with zero overdue tasks expected on a daily basis.
- • Collaborate closely with AEs on account strategy development, including mapping buying committees and ensuring seamless, efficient handoffs of qualified leads.
- • Continuously monitor and adapt outreach tactics based on incoming reply and conversion data, employing an iterative approach to optimization.
- • Actively share valuable insights derived from prospecting activities with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement in our prospecting outcomes.
- • Undertake travel to attend industry events and conferences as required, supporting outbound efforts and actively contributing to pipeline generation.
