  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Savvyinsurance Trellis, you will serve as the first human touchpoint for prospective insurance customers, playing a critical role in validating leads and preparing them for conversations with licensed sales agents—directly contributing to the company’s mission of making insurance shopping effortless and transparent.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include speaking with inbound leads to confirm customer intent, budget, and timeline; validating and updating customer information such as household, vehicle, and property details; collecting missing data required for quoting and underwriting; using internal tools to determine the appropriate next step for each lead; and transferring qualified prospects to licensed sales agents—all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer experience.
  • • You will join a profitable, fast-growing Series A startup backed by top-tier investors including General Catalyst, QED, NYCA, and Amex Ventures, operating as a remote-first team that values experimentation, intentionality, and impact—offering you the chance to grow alongside exceptional teammates in a mission-driven culture.
