  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Customer Experience (CX) division, you will be the crucial first point of contact for our prospective customers and partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of individuals and businesses, making an incredible first impression for NICE across multiple channels, including phone, website chat, email, and social media.
  • • Your primary mission will be to generate high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) for our Corporate and Enterprise sales teams. You will be instrumental in fueling the sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential clients who stand to benefit significantly from NICE's innovative solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for providing prompt and professional responses to all inbound inquiries. Simultaneously, you will proactively engage target customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, demonstrating a keen understanding of their potential needs and how NICE can address them.
  • • This role demands close collaboration with our Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams. You will work in tandem to continuously identify new target accounts and employ a variety of sophisticated prospecting techniques to ensure successful engagement and lead generation.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve supporting marketing initiatives. This includes generating interest for events, webinars, and promotions, ensuring strong attendance, and diligently following up on marketing-generated leads to convert them into sales qualified opportunities.
  • • You will need to possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of building immediate confidence and credibility with every interaction. Your ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear, simplified, and persuasive manner will be paramount.

  • • Proficiency in working with CRM systems and prospecting tools is essential for managing your pipeline, tracking interactions, and optimizing your outreach strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport.
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or sales targets.
  • • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including prospecting and qualification techniques.
