  • • Serve as the frontline of customer engagement by responding to inbound leads and initiating outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives across EMEA.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies with campaign initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • • Utilize CRM tools and sales platforms to accurately log interactions, track lead progression, and maintain up-to-date pipeline data for reporting and forecasting.
  • • Conduct research on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and increase engagement rates with prospects in the digital investigation and public safety sectors.
  • • Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build awareness of Magnet Forensics’ digital investigative software solutions.
  • • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including company size, industry, use case, and budget to ensure only viable opportunities are passed to Account Executives.
  • • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and stay updated on product enhancements.
  • • Leverage feedback from Account Executives and customers to adapt outreach tactics and improve the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of Magnet Forensics’ product offerings, including acquisition, analysis, and sharing of evidence from computers, smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices.
  • • Contribute to a culture of healthy competition by tracking personal metrics, striving for individual and team goals, and supporting peers in achieving collective targets.
  • • Embrace continuous learning by engaging in internal training programs to develop foundational skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing rejection or changing priorities, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for Magnet Forensics by representing the company with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to advancing digital investigations globally.
