  • • Embark on a dynamic career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for DoiT International, a leading global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions. This fully remote role is based in the EMEA region, specifically open to candidates located in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, and Sweden. We are particularly seeking fluent German, French, and Spanish speakers to join our expanding team.
  • • As an integral part of our sales engine, you will be at the forefront of outbound lead generation, meticulously identifying and engaging potential clients through a multi-channel approach. Your primary mission will be to cultivate a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executives by strategically booking qualified meetings and generating valuable sales opportunities.
  • • This position demands an agile, "startup-minded" individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be expected to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the continuous refinement of our outbound sales strategies. Building strong internal relationships with our sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams will be crucial for your success and the company's growth.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include setting meetings through proactive outbound prospecting, leveraging both automated and manually-driven campaigns to consistently achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets. This involves a deep dive into account research, identifying key decision-makers within target organizations, and understanding their unique cloud challenges.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, fostering tight alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and establishing effective feedback loops to ensure the highest quality of generated pipeline. This partnership is essential for maximizing conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to help build and refine our outbound motion. This includes actively identifying and engaging with decision-makers, contributing to the development of compelling messaging, and optimizing call scripts and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • • You will be instrumental in building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale, utilizing a suite of advanced sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others. Mastering these tools will be key to your efficiency and success.
  • • You will own the outbound process from end-to-end, starting with detailed account research and culminating in the successful booking of a qualified meeting for the Account Executive team. This end-to-end ownership ensures a seamless handover and maximizes the potential for conversion.
  • • Partnering with leadership, you will contribute to refining our value propositions, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies. Your insights and feedback will be vital in improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our outbound efforts.
  • • You will be responsible for clearly communicating compelling value propositions to technical buyers, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and how DoiT's solutions can address them. Staying current with the latest product and service information from DoiT, as well as our strategic cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), is paramount.
