  • • Embark on a pivotal role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for DoiT International, a leading global technology company specializing in cloud solutions. This fully remote position is based in the EMEA region, specifically open to candidates located in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, and Sweden. We are particularly seeking fluent speakers of German, French, and Spanish to cater to our diverse international market.
  • • As an integral part of our dynamic sales team, you will be at the forefront of generating outbound leads, employing a multi-channel approach that includes strategic email campaigns, direct calling, and leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn to secure valuable demo meetings with qualified prospects. Your primary mission will be to fill the sales pipeline for our Account Executives, with a sharp focus on achieving key performance indicators such as the number of qualified meetings booked and the total pipeline value generated.

  • • Your core responsibilities will involve setting meetings through proactive outbound prospecting, executing both automated and manually driven campaigns to consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly pipeline targets. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, ensuring tight alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and establishing robust feedback loops to maximize the quality and conversion rate of the generated pipeline.
  • • You will actively contribute to the refinement and enhancement of our outbound sales strategy by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within target organizations. This includes building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale, utilizing a suite of advanced tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay to identify and engage prospects effectively.
  • • You will own the entire outbound process from inception to completion, starting with in-depth account research to understand prospect needs and challenges, and culminating in the successful booking of a qualified meeting for the Account Executive team. This end-to-end ownership ensures a seamless and high-quality handover.
  • • Partnering with leadership, you will help refine our core messaging, develop effective call scripts, and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and overall outbound effectiveness. Your insights and contributions will directly impact our sales performance.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the ability to clearly and concisely communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and how DoiT's solutions can address them. You will be expected to stay current with the latest product and service information, ensuring you can articulate the full breadth of DoiT's offerings.
  • • You will maintain a keen awareness of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and our evolving product/service portfolio to ensure your outreach is relevant and impactful. Occasional travel may be required to support team meetings, conferences, or client engagements, contributing to your professional development and network expansion.
  • • This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working autonomously while also being a strong team player. You will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation within the EMEA market, contributing directly to DoiT International's success.
