  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for EMEA at DoiT International, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executive team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates fluent in German, French, or Spanish, in addition to English, to cater to our diverse European market.

  • • In this dynamic role, your primary responsibility will be outbound lead generation. You will meticulously identify and engage potential clients through a multi-channel approach, including targeted email campaigns, direct calling, and strategic use of professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. Your success will be measured by your ability to book qualified meetings with prospects on technical teams, directly contributing to the pipeline generation that fuels our sales success.
  • • You will be expected to achieve ambitious daily and monthly pipeline targets by executing outbound prospecting campaigns. This involves not only initiating contact but also managing and optimizing these multi-channel outreach efforts using a suite of advanced tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay. The goal is to consistently identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • • Collaboration is key to this role. You will work in close partnership with our Account Executives, ensuring tight alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and establishing feedback loops. This synergy is crucial for maximizing the quality and relevance of the pipeline you generate, ensuring our sales efforts are focused and effective.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and refining our outbound sales motion. This involves continuous learning and adaptation, identifying new strategies to reach and engage prospects, and contributing to the evolution of our outreach methodologies. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our go-to-market strategies.
  • • The role demands end-to-end ownership of the outbound process. From conducting in-depth account research to meticulously qualifying leads and ensuring a successful handover of booked meetings to the Account Executive team, you will manage every stage with precision and professionalism.
  • • You will partner closely with leadership to continuously refine our messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies. Your input will help improve conversion rates and overall outbound effectiveness, making our sales efforts more impactful.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to clearly and compellingly communicate DoiT's value propositions to technical buyers. This requires a solid understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to articulate how our solutions address complex challenges faced by engineers, developers, and data teams. Staying current with the latest product and service information from DoiT and our cloud partners is essential.
  • • We are seeking an agile, "startup-minded" individual who is eager to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly scaling environment.
