- • As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise at Illumio, you will drive pipeline growth and lead qualification efforts in the South EMEA region, playing a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to contain cyberattacks and enable operational resilience through its breach containment platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running account-based prospecting campaigns, mapping target accounts, engaging decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to convert interest into qualified pipeline.
- • You will join a high-performing, agile Sales team at Illumio — a recognized leader in Zero Trust Segmentation and ransomware containment — where continuous learning, professional development, and impact-driven performance are deeply valued.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales processes, refine your value-based prospecting and objection-handling skills, and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, positioning you for long-term growth in tech sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in German and English
- • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in software or technology
- • Proficient in sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- • Strong growth mindset with confidence engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders
- • Skilled in value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
- • Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-moving environments with minimal supervision
