- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on SMB expansion in Israel, you will play a pivotal role in driving Deel’s top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in the small and medium business segment. Your work directly fuels the sales pipeline and supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity by helping businesses scale compliantly across borders.
- • You will generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting using email, phone, social channels, and targeted campaigns, while researching and qualifying leads based on their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with Deel’s all-in-one HR and payroll platform.
- • You will create and execute personalized outreach sequences, nurture leads through the buyer journey, and educate prospects on how Deel solves global workforce challenges, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to refine lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflows, while maintaining accurate CRM data and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-friendly environment at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, where your entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales development, business development, or outbound commercial roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects across email, phone, and social channels.
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong growth orientation.
- • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus; familiarity with HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is beneficial but not required.
- • Fully proficient in Hebrew to effectively engage with local SMB prospects and navigate the Israeli market.
