- • As a Sales Development Representative at FrontlineIQ, you will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by building and scaling a multi-channel outreach engine targeting VP/Director/C-suite buyers in retail, automotive, wireless, and financial services.
- • Day to day, you will execute LinkedIn-first social selling strategies, manage HubSpot CRM hygiene and sequences, leverage AI-powered tools like Clay and Apollo for personalized outreach, and book qualified discovery calls for the CEO and sales team while tracking and optimizing key pipeline metrics.
- • FrontlineIQ is an AI sales coaching platform built for in-person selling, backed by UP.Labs, with marquee customers like Ashley Furniture and Hyundai, operating in high-growth mode as a seed-stage company preparing for Series A.
- • You will gain direct access to the CEO, real influence on GTM motion, end-to-end ownership of the outbound engine, and the opportunity to grow with an early-stage startup where execution drives impact and equity potential.
