- • As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Achievers' reach into new markets and strengthening our presence within existing enterprise accounts. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, setting the tone for their experience with Achievers and building the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Conducting extensive market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within the HR and People Operations functions.
- • Developing and executing personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage HR leaders.
- • Articulating the value proposition of Achievers' employee recognition and rewards platform in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- • Actively listening to prospects' needs and challenges to identify how Achievers can provide a solution.
- • Qualifying leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with Achievers' ideal customer profile.
- • Scheduling high-quality meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and share market intelligence.
- • Continuously learning about the employee engagement and HR technology landscape to become a trusted advisor.
- • Embracing a data-driven approach to track performance, identify trends, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
