📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative - German Speaking at Asana, you will play a key role in driving customer-centric growth by educating free users about the value of Asana’s Premium, Business, and Enterprise products, ensuring tailored solutions meet customer needs.
• Day to day, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications, conduct qualification meetings with prospects, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies while ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team.
• You will join a collaborative, inclusive go-to-market team in Asana’s Dublin office, working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to overcome challenges and drive long-term customer satisfaction through an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office).
• In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales, strengthen your communication and analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, and build a foundation for a career in software sales while contributing to Asana’s mission of enabling human + AI collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or inbound/outbound sales development
• Eager to acquire knowledge and advance a career in Software Sales (SaaS)
• Effective communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to integrity
• Self-motivated with the ability to diagnose inefficiencies and improve processes
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them
