  • • Own the top-of-funnel for Clasp Talent’s fastest-growing vertical—healthcare. You will be the first human touchpoint for hospital systems, regional health networks, and specialty clinics that are desperate to solve critical talent shortages and crushing student-debt burdens. Your research-driven prospecting will surface the exact leaders (Chief Nursing Officers, VP of Workforce Development, Director of Talent Acquisition) who can green-light a partnership that changes the career trajectory of thousands of clinicians.
  • • Execute 60–80 high-value touches per day across email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels (think personalized Loom videos, Slack communities, and alumni networks). You will A/B test subject lines, call openers, and value props while documenting what resonates so the entire revenue org can scale faster.
  • • Represent Clasp on the road up to 25 % of the year, staffing booths at HIMSS, ANCC Magnet, and regional workforce summits. Beyond scanning badges, you will run micro-roundtables and lunch-and-learns that position Clasp as the thought leader connecting education financing to measurable retention outcomes.
  • • Qualify opportunities with surgical precision. Using MEDDPICC and a custom healthcare ROI calculator, you will uncover budget, timeline, competitive alternatives, and success metrics before handing off to Account Executives. Your discovery notes will become the blueprint for multi-stakeholder demos and CFO-level business cases.
  • • Build and iterate sequences in HubSpot, enriching every lead with technographic, firmographic, and intent data from Bombora, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare. You will partner with RevOps to spin up new views, dashboards, and alerts that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to turn webinar registrants and content-downloaders into booked meetings, with Product to translate customer pain into roadmap priorities, and with Customer Success to craft expansion plays that turn one-hospital pilots into ten-hospital rollouts.
  • • Contribute to the SDR Playbook—documenting objection-handling trees, persona-specific talk tracks, and competitive battle cards. Your experiments will become the template for new verticals (life sciences, public health departments) and new geographies.
  • • Champion our mission of economic mobility in every interaction. Whether you’re cold-calling a rural hospital CEO or debriefing a night-shift nurse on tuition reimbursement, you will embody Clasp’s belief that accessible education financing is a public good.
  • • Meet or exceed monthly pipeline targets (qualified opportunities and booked demos) while maintaining a 35 % conversion rate from SQL to SAL. High performers will earn fast-track promotion to Senior SDR, Account Executive, or Strategic Partnerships roles within 12–18 months.
