- • Own the pre-event engine: 4–6 weeks before every major payments conference (Money20/20, Transact, MRC, etc.) you will build the target list of 300+ C-level, VP Product and Head of Payments prospects, craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences and book 25–30 qualified meetings per event that convert to ≥5 SQLs, directly influencing 6-figure ARR pipeline.
- • Build and maintain a living “Champion Map”: research the org-chart of Fortune-500 merchants, identify economic buyers, technical evaluators and existing payment vendors, enrich CRM records with 15+ data points per contact and keep 5 000+ accounts warm through quarterly re-engagement plays.
- • Reverse-engineer the payment stack of the world’s biggest digital merchants: use LinkedIn, job posts, tech-stack sites, earnings calls and public filings to document gateway, acquirer, fraud and orchestration providers; score gaps vs. Yuno capabilities and feed Product-Marketing with competitive battle-cards.
- • Create executive-ready dashboards: pull data from Salesforce, Outreach and Snowflake to visualize SDR funnel metrics (activities → meetings → SQLs → revenue), flag coverage gaps by segment and geo, and present findings every Monday to the CRO and CEO in a 5-slide deck that drives head-count and territory decisions.
- • Experiment and iterate: A/B test subject lines, call openers and LinkedIn voice-notes; document lift in reply rates and share weekly “what’s working” digest to the global SDR squad, raising team conversion by 2-3 % MoM.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally: sync with Demand Gen on content syndication, with Field Marketing on booth staffing, and with Solutions Engineering on demo customization so prospects experience a seamless “first-mile” journey.
- • Live our remote-first culture: work from Bogotá or anywhere in Colombia, block 4 hours daily for deep-work, yet remain available for stand-ups at 8 a.m. EST; we value outcomes over hours and trust you to manage your calendar.
- • Graduate to a full-time SDR: exceed 110 % of meeting quota for two consecutive quarters and you will be offered a permanent contract with uncapped variable comp and fast-track promotion to Account Executive within 12–18 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced English (C1+) – able to cold-call and write concise, idiomatic emails to US/EU executives.
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field (graduation date 2023-2025).
- • 0–1 year of experience in lead-generation, market-research or high-volume outbound activity; fintech or SaaS exposure is a plus.
- • Power-user of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, array formulas); familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Outreach is desirable.
- • Data-driven mindset: comfortable interpreting conversion metrics and translating insights into next steps.
- • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, owns deadlines and communicates proactively on Slack.
