- • As a Sales Development Representative at Dandy Technology, you will serve as the starting point for all new inbound client relationships, playing a crucial role in building the sales pipeline for a company transforming the $400B dental industry through technology.
- • You will be the initial point of contact for dental practice prospects, utilizing email, phone, and creative channels for outbound outreach, tracking activity in Salesforce, overcoming objections, pitching Dandy’s value proposition, and partnering with Account Executives on client handoffs to move prospects through the sales process.
- • Dandy is backed by leading venture capital firms and is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, empowering clinicians with innovation and world-class support; the SDR team operates in a hybrid model (Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday–Friday remote) in Lehi, UT and NYC as part of a fast-growing go-to-market function.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in high-growth SaaS sales, receive rigorous training and career upleveling opportunities, work closely with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs, and develop expertise in sales tools and processes that prepare you for advancement into Account Executive roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-2+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS work highly preferred)
- • Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
- • Ability to track sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools
- • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
- • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- • Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to streamline the sales process
