  • • Latamcent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Mid-Market team, based remotely in Colombia. This pivotal role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to launch and accelerate their careers in sales, with a clear pathway towards becoming a full-cycle sales professional. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging prospective clients, leveraging a diverse array of outbound communication strategies to initiate meaningful sales conversations.   • • In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in "breaking down the door" into new market verticals. Your primary responsibility will involve employing creative and persistent prospecting techniques to connect with key stakeholders across all levels of larger, mid-market businesses. This requires a strategic approach to identifying decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, understanding their challenges, and articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • • You will master the art of outbound sales by skillfully utilizing a comprehensive suite of communication channels. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic cold calling, targeted cold emailing, engaging LinkedIn messaging, and other innovative outreach methods. The goal is to generate qualified interest and secure initial meetings with crucial decision-makers in Finance, Procurement, and IT departments. These leaders are actively seeking solutions to optimize their software renewal processes, save valuable time, and reduce costs – a need that our highly valuable, and free, product directly addresses.
  • • This role provides an exceptional environment for professional development, offering hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of modern sales technology tools. You will become proficient in utilizing platforms such as Apollo, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others, which are essential for efficient and effective prospecting in today's sales landscape. This technological fluency will be a significant asset as you progress in your sales career.
  • • You will work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of sales leaders, including an Enterprise Sales Development Manager, an Enablement Manager, and the Head of Sales. This mentorship and guidance will be crucial in refining your sales techniques, understanding market dynamics, and developing a robust sales acumen. You will also play a key role in refining the messaging and outreach strategies used by the team, contributing directly to our collective success and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in a high-velocity sales environment, ideally with at least two years of experience as a top-performing SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR). Experience selling to U.S. prospects, particularly within a U.S.-based Tech company, with a strong emphasis on cold-calling proficiency, is highly desirable. You should be able to demonstrate a history of not just meeting, but consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • • Success in this role hinges on a combination of strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and genuine empathy for the challenges faced by prospective clients. You must be highly self-motivated, proactive in managing your time and workload, and possess the resilience and "grit" to navigate the inevitable rejections inherent in sales.
