- • Engage primarily with outbound leads who have expressed interest via free trials, demo requests, or inbound phone calls to qualify them for Account Executives
- • Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across multiple channels including phone, email, and SMS using Outreach, Salesforce, and Dialpad
- • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs and determine their fit for Workyard’s construction workforce management solutions
- • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoffs with accurate, detailed notes in Salesforce
- • Manage and continuously update your sales pipeline by logging all activities, communications, and opportunity updates in Salesforce
- • Run outbound campaigns to supplement inbound leads, following established sequences and optimizing messaging based on real-time feedback
- • Use data-driven insights to prioritize outreach efforts and tailor messaging to construction industry decision-makers
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to provide feedback on lead quality, buyer pain points, and messaging effectiveness
- • Maintain strict adherence to weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings, call volume, email responses, and lead response times
- • Build repeatable, scalable outreach workflows aligned with Workyard’s SDR playbook to improve efficiency and consistency
- • Contribute to a high-performance team culture through active collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- • Monitor and refine outbound sequences based on real conversation outcomes to increase connection rates and meeting conversion
- • Demonstrate strong call discipline, follow-up hygiene, and organizational precision in managing tasks and tools
- • Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound inquiries while maintaining a proactive approach to outbound prospecting
- • Embrace feedback and actively seek coaching to enhance performance, communication, and sales technique
- • Stay informed about construction industry trends and pain points to better articulate Workyard’s value proposition to prospects
- • Maintain resilience in the face of rejection, viewing each interaction as a learning opportunity and a step toward long-term growth
- • Track and analyze key metrics such as connection rates, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline velocity to inform daily strategy
- • Participate in team rituals, training sessions, and feedback loops designed to elevate individual and collective performance
- • Represent Workyard as the first point of contact for prospective customers, embodying the company’s mission to simplify construction workforce management
- • Ensure all communications reflect professionalism, accuracy, and a deep understanding of the product’s impact on job site efficiency
- • Contribute ideas to improve SDR processes, tools, and messaging based on hands-on experience in the field
- • Remain compliant with all company policies, data security standards, and sales compliance guidelines
- • Support a culture of accountability, transparency, and mutual respect within the sales team
