• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sanity, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption and company growth by building a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, directly impacting the company’s go-to-market success in a high-growth startup environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initiating conversations with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover business challenges and qualify leads; developing deep expertise in Sanity’s AI-powered Content Operating System to communicate its value to technical and business stakeholders; collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth opportunity handoffs; using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other tools to manage and optimize your pipeline; contributing to the evolution of the SDR playbook through feedback and process improvements; and sharing market intelligence from prospect conversations to inform GTM strategy.
