• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Grafana Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound lead engagement. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to expand observability adoption across global enterprises while staying true to its open-source roots.
• • Day to day, you will build and maintain deep knowledge of Grafana’s technology, competitors, and open-source ecosystem; follow up on inbound leads with efficiency; execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, phone) to target accounts; leverage Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for research and pipeline management; conduct discovery conversations to uncover user needs; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities; and consistently meet new business and pipeline targets.
