- • You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects through meticulous research and executing high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns. The ultimate goal is to book qualified meetings and build robust pipelines that directly contribute to revenue generation. Your work will span across various sectors, including cutting-edge healthcare medical devices, transformative AI/SaaS platforms, and essential consumer health services. Success in this role requires a blend of disciplined research, persuasive communication, and a metrics-driven approach to create measurable business impact and open doors for our clients' sales teams.
- • Your prospecting excellence will be the engine driving company growth. By building and maintaining strong sales pipelines, you will directly fuel revenue generation for our clients. You will achieve this by identifying and engaging key stakeholders within target organizations, including distributors, sub-distributors, enterprise-level companies, and healthcare providers. This strategic engagement will expand market reach and enable faster scaling for our clients' businesses.

In healthcare contexts, your efforts can lead to improved patient care by connecting providers with essential medical devices and services. For AI/SaaS clients, you'll help businesses automate complex processes and achieve greater efficiency. By building strategic relationships with B2B distributor networks, you will accelerate market penetration far beyond what direct sales efforts alone could accomplish.
- • Furthermore, the customer insights you gather from prospect conversations will be invaluable. This intelligence will directly inform product development strategies, refine marketing messaging, and enhance sales playbook effectiveness, creating a virtuous cycle of improvement. By consistently meeting and exceeding outbound activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conversion targets, you will establish a predictable and sustainable pipeline flow, supporting the long-term growth and success of our clients.
- • Your core responsibilities will be divided across several key areas. Prospecting & Lead Generation (40%) involves identifying and researching target accounts, building prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and executing high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure discovery calls. You will master the use of prospecting tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Halo, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems, aiming to generate qualified pipeline meeting volume targets.
- • Outbound Engagement & Meeting Generation (30%) focuses on booking qualified meetings for sales teams by crafting compelling outreach messages, handling initial objections, and building trust with potential clients. You will transition these qualified opportunities to Account Executives with thorough context.
- • Pipeline Management & Relationship Nurturing (20%) requires diligent follow-up, consistent engagement with assigned accounts to strengthen long-term B2B relationships, and managing ongoing communications. You will prioritize leads strategically and maintain organization across a complex pipeline.
- • Finally, Reporting, Data Management & Process Improvement (10%) involves ensuring accurate CRM data entry, tracking performance metrics, providing weekly activity reports, and analyzing call recordings to identify improvement opportunities.
