  • • Drive adoption of Carwow’s Sell My Car platform by signing up new independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored demos.
  • • Generate new business via high-volume cold outreach and inbound leads, primarily conducted over the phone, with occasional field visits to close key deals.
  • • Identify and upsell additional services including transport, wallet, stock funding, and other upcoming propositions to existing and new dealers.
  • • Build and nurture long-term business relationships with dealership decision-makers including GMs, Group Buyers, Business Owners, and Sole Traders.
  • • Deliver compelling, customized pitches tailored to the size and structure of each dealer organization to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handover of newly onboarded dealers and support reactivation of inactive accounts.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
  • • Track and analyze sales activity and lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that inform growth strategies.
  • • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced scale-up environment with evolving product offerings and shifting market demands.
  • • Work autonomously with a hunter mentality, proactively prospecting new partners while meeting and exceeding quantitative targets.
  • • Represent Carwow professionally across all customer touchpoints, reflecting the company’s brand values and commitment to transparency and innovation in automotive retail.
  • • Contribute to team success by sharing best practices, participating in training sessions, and supporting peer development.
  • • Remain current on automotive retail industry dynamics, competitor activity, and Carwow’s platform capabilities to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • • Balance volume-driven outreach with strategic relationship-building to ensure both short-term conversions and long-term dealer retention.
  • • Participate in structured interview processes including role-based tasks, skills assessments, and values alignment evaluations.
  • • Utilize CRM tools and sales metrics to optimize daily workflow and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • • Operate with a high degree of integrity, accuracy, and accountability in all customer interactions and data reporting.
