- • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings with target prospects aligned to the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
- • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize prospect engagement and response rates.
- • Research and identify potential prospects based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s target market.
- • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads using established organizational criteria to determine fit and readiness for the closing sales team.
- • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team with precision, ensuring accurate time zone alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems including Salesforce or HubSpot.
- • Manage the full lead qualification process from initial contact through handoff to the sales team, ensuring no opportunities are lost due to poor follow-up.
- • Provide regular reports on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics to team leadership based on CRM data.
- • Utilize sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms to enhance prospecting efficiency and outreach personalization.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and resilience when handling rejection, consistently demonstrating persistence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- • Operate with a results-driven mindset, focusing on consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
- • Ensure all prospect interactions are documented accurately and systematically to support pipeline transparency and team accountability.

- • Work fully remotely from home while adhering strictly to U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to support client operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or SDR roles
- • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound lead generation with measurable results
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- • Proficiency with sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms
- • Strong communicator with interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects quickly
