📋 Description
- • Serve as one of the first Sales Development Representatives to build and scale Jump’s outbound sales motion from the ground up, directly contributing to a monthly pipeline of $100k ARR.
- • Independently generate qualified meeting opportunities for Jump Account Executives through high-volume cold calling and personalized email outreach to financial advisors and SMBs in the financial services industry.
- • Utilize AI-enabled sales technology to maximize efficiency, automate routine tasks, and increase outreach velocity while maintaining high conversion rates.
- • Actively engage with Jump’s customer base, including leading independent broker-dealers (LPL, Osaic, Raymond James, Cetera) and top RIAs (Focus Financial, Merit, Savant, Allworth, Sanctuary Wealth, Integrated Partners), to identify and qualify new prospects.
- • Own end-to-end prospecting activities, including research, initial outreach, follow-up sequences, and calendar scheduling to ensure consistent meeting delivery.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize campaign performance, and adapt tactics based on real-time feedback and pipeline results.
- • Embrace a high-velocity, high-volume SMB sales environment where rapid iteration, data-driven decision-making, and relentless hustle are essential for success.
- • Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance productivity, personalize outreach at scale, and stay ahead of industry trends in sales automation.
- • Represent Jump as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values of High Velocity, World Class, and Direct + Kind + No Drama in every customer interaction.
- • Contribute ideas and initiatives to help shape Jump’s sales process, tools, and culture as the company scales rapidly during its Series A stage.
- • Demonstrate competitive drive by consistently exceeding monthly meeting quotas and actively seeking feedback to improve performance.
- • Show grit and hustle by independently managing a high-volume pipeline with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining motivation in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- • Continuously learn and grow with the goal of advancing from SDR to Account Executive, with no handholding required—self-direction and coachability are expected.
- • Support the broader mission of empowering financial advisors to use cutting-edge, compliant AI technology to optimize client workflows and safeguard financial futures.
- • Work remotely across the United States with no geographic restrictions beyond residency requirements, collaborating with a team of repeat entrepreneurs and industry veterans from Google, Stanford, Harvard, JPMorgan, Bain, and Snowflake.
