- • In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and engaging with potential clients. Your primary objective will be to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers within target enterprises, understanding their operational challenges, and introducing them to HappyRobot's transformative AI OS. This involves a deep dive into the supply chain and industrial-scale operations sectors, where resilience, speed, and continuous improvement are paramount. You will be the first point of contact, setting the stage for our sales team and ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meticulous prospect research, leveraging various tools and data sources to understand company needs and pain points. You'll craft compelling outreach messages, tailored to resonate with specific industries and roles, utilizing a combination of email, phone calls, and social selling techniques. A significant part of your role will involve managing and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing clear visibility into your progress. This requires a disciplined approach to tracking interactions, follow-ups, and lead progression.
- • Collaboration is key at HappyRobot. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine our messaging, test new outreach strategies, and provide valuable feedback from the front lines. - • Success in this role is measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs will focus on the volume and quality of your outreach activities, the number of qualified meetings you schedule, and the pipeline of opportunities you generate.
