- • Own the top-of-funnel for Southern Europe: you will become the engine that fuels ControlUp’s growth across France, Portugal, Spain (and soon Italy), identifying and qualifying every net-new opportunity before it ever reaches an Account Executive.
- • Master the art of precision prospecting: combine ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and your own creative research to build laser-focused target lists of IT Directors, VPs of End-User Computing, and C-level champions in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- • Run high-impact, multi-threaded outreach campaigns: craft hyper-personalised emails, sequences in Outreach, and cold-call scripts that speak directly to the pain of tool-sprawl, rising ticket volumes, and poor digital employee experience—always tying back to ControlUp’s single-platform value proposition.
- • Qualify ruthlessly, schedule relentlessly: within your first 30 days you will book 15+ discovery meetings per month that convert at ≥35 % to pipeline; by month 6 you will be the #1 SDR in SEMEA, consistently exceeding 125 % of quota.
- • Collaborate daily with Field & Channel AEs: hand off fully-briefed opportunities complete with org charts, compelling events, and next-step action plans so your AE can walk into every meeting ready to close.
- • Live in the data: maintain pristine hygiene in Salesforce, tag every touchpoint, and surface insights that help Marketing refine messaging and Product prioritise roadmap items.
- • Iterate weekly: participate in Gong call reviews, A/B test subject lines, and share “what’s working” in our Slack #sdr-wins channel so the entire global team levels up together.
- • Become a DEX evangelist: complete ControlUp’s SDR Academy (a mix of classroom, role-play, and shadowing) to fluently demo key use-cases—VDI, physical endpoints, SaaS apps—and articulate ROI in under two minutes.
- • Champion the customer voice: relay real-world pain points back to Product Marketing to influence new battle-cards, case studies, and webinar topics that resonate across SEMEA.
- • Scale yourself: after crushing quota for two consecutive quarters you will mentor new SDRs, refine our French & Spanish playbooks, and help design the next territory expansion into Italy or the Nordics.
- • Work 100 % remote from France, Portugal, or Spain while staying tightly connected: daily stand-ups at 9 AM CET, virtual coffee roulettes, and quarterly off-sites in Barcelona or Lisbon to celebrate wins and plan the next conquest.
