This pivotal role is instrumental in driving Airwallex's expansion by building a robust sales pipeline and acquiring new customers across key business verticals. By collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, you will ensure Airwallex remains a leader in financial technology innovation, delivering impactful and tailored solutions to a diverse global clientele.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the strategic design and meticulous management of projects and processes that are critical to achieving commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimizing growth across our priority verticals. You will act as a key partner to stakeholders within the Outbound, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, executing vital projects such as territory and vertical planning, accurate forecasting, and enhancing the scalability of our outbound sales motions. Your day-to-day will involve managing essential operational tasks, ensuring that all processes are executed with utmost efficiency and accuracy to support the team's overarching objectives, leveraging powerful tools like Salesforce and other advanced data platforms.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve analyzing performance metrics, including outreach productivity, pipeline health, and win rates. This analytical work will be crucial for identifying emerging trends, addressing any performance gaps, and developing data-driven, actionable strategies for continuous improvement. You will also work directly alongside our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), providing essential support in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both prospects and existing customers. This collaborative effort will focus on fostering trust, encouraging open communication, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a key role in designing and supporting the execution of innovative outbound campaigns. These campaigns are designed to significantly boost prospect engagement, generate a consistent flow of qualified meetings, and drive scalable growth across our target verticals. Your ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal teams—including Operations, Marketing, Product, and other commercial functions—will be paramount in delivering seamless, impactful, and consistent experiences for prospects as they navigate their journey with Airwallex.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, revenue operations/sales operations, or other commercial/operational roles. Commercial roles with proven operational experience will also be considered.
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker).
  • • Proven ability to identify and execute on process improvements.
  • • Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are a plus.
