- • Initiate contact with C-level and IT security decision-makers at potential customer organizations across Spain through proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- • Present SoSafe’s award-winning cyber security awareness platform and cutting-edge solutions to prospects during initial conversations and at industry events.
- • Generate qualified sales opportunities and high-potential leads for the Account Executive team by qualifying inbound leads and identifying prospects with clear buying intent.
- • Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to support the closing of new deals and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- • Operate in a hybrid model, splitting time between a provided coworking office in Madrid and remote work from home.
- • Utilize structured sales processes and CRM tools to track outreach, manage pipelines, and report on activity metrics and conversion rates.
- • Contribute to the growth of SoSafe’s SEMEA region by expanding market presence in Spain through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
- • Participate in regular training sessions, mentoring, and performance reviews designed to accelerate professional development toward an Account Executive role.
- • Maintain a high level of organization and discipline in managing daily outreach targets, follow-ups, and administrative tasks under pressure.
- • Demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English during all customer interactions, ensuring clear, confident, and culturally appropriate communication.
- • Embrace a performance-driven culture where career progression is directly tied to individual results, with a typical path to Account Executive within 9 to 15 months based on achievement.
- • Engage in team events, annual company off-sites, and continuous learning opportunities to foster collaboration and professional growth within a purpose-driven cybersecurity team.
- • Represent SoSafe as a brand ambassador by embodying the company’s mission to turn employees into the strongest line of defense against cyber threats through behavioral change.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 months of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role, preferably in a B2B tech environment
- • Excellent communication techniques and confidence in customer conversations
- • Fluency in Spanish as well as English
- • The aptitude to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure
- • A growth mindset and determination to tackle challenges and advance in your career
- • A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
