  • • You will engage with inbound leads to confirm customer intent, budget, and timeline; validate and update essential customer data including household, vehicle, and property details; collect missing information required for quoting and underwriting; leverage internal tools to determine the optimal next step for each lead; and seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales agents—ensuring a smooth, efficient handoff that supports both customer satisfaction and sales team effectiveness.
