- • Serve as the primary outbound prospecting representative for Finvari’s SaaS platform, targeting construction companies to generate new sales opportunities and build pipeline for the sales team.
- • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in the construction industry.
- • Research and map target accounts to pinpoint key stakeholders, including field employees, project managers, and C-suite executives, to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
- • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries by assessing business needs, workflows, and product fit.
- • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points, current payment processes, and potential for Finvari’s solution.
- • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless handoff with complete context and documentation.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline stages within HubSpot CRM.
- • Deliver personalized, high-quality messaging at scale, avoiding templated communication while adhering to outreach volume targets.
- • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, improve targeting strategies, and optimize campaign performance based on feedback and results.
- • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings scheduled) and pipeline generation goals.
- • Work remotely from Tennessee, maintaining alignment with the sales team through regular communication and participation in team meetings.
- • Operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy, requiring self-motivation, resilience, and a strong drive to improve.
- • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Team to adapt prospecting tactics based on real-time feedback and evolving market conditions.
- • Utilize sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or SalesLoft and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- • Contribute to a customer-obsessed culture by prioritizing value-driven conversations and long-term relationship building over transactional outreach.
- • Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously refine prospecting techniques, communication skills, and sales acumen.
- • Represent Finvari as the first point of contact for prospective customers, embodying the company’s mission to eliminate manual payment tasks in construction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or a technology company
- • Proven ability to execute high-volume outbound prospecting in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- • Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to thrive in a startup setting
