Sales Development Representative (Turkish Speaker)

• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region at Autodesk, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, playing a critical role in identifying qualified leads, creating engagement, and setting the stage for long-term client partnerships in a high-impact, culturally diverse tech sales environment.
• • Day to day, you will conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects; qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand them off to Account Executives; maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems like Salesforce; collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events; stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning; and consistently meet or exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
