  • • As an SDR at Clera, your role transcends traditional recruiting. You will be the crucial human element that ensures our autonomous recruiting processes function seamlessly and effectively. While our AI agents manage the high-volume aspects of recruitment – sourcing, messaging, and qualifying thousands of candidates weekly – your primary responsibility will be to supervise these agents. This involves monitoring their performance, identifying and intervening in edge cases, stepping in for critical high-judgment moments, and ultimately closing candidates who require a distinct human touch. Imagine yourself as an air traffic controller, orchestrating complex operations rather than being a pilot executing a single flight path.
  • • This is a pioneering role, offering you the unique opportunity to define what "AI-native recruiting operations" truly means as we scale. You will be instrumental in establishing best practices and shaping the future of human-AI collaboration in recruitment.   • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Supervise AI Agent Pipelines: Proactively monitor live candidate conversations handled by our AI agents. You will be responsible for flagging any errors, identifying deviations from expected performance, and intervening directly when the agent requires human judgment or a more nuanced approach.
  • • Manage High-Stakes Interactions: Take ownership of critical candidate interactions that demand a sophisticated human touch. This includes engaging with senior candidates, navigating complex objections, and handling sensitive compensation negotiations – scenarios where human intuition and persuasive skills are paramount.
  • • Train and Refine AI Agents: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our AI. This involves reviewing agent outputs, meticulously labeling responses as good or bad, and providing high-quality examples that directly contribute to making our AI smarter and more effective.
  • • Scale Quality Control: Implement and execute robust quality control measures across our operations. You will audit candidate matches, assess the quality of outreach messages, and analyze conversion rates across thousands of weekly candidate touchpoints to ensure consistent excellence.
  • • Drive Placements to Completion: Guide promising candidates through the final stages of the hiring process. This includes managing offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and ultimately securing successful hires that meet our clients' needs.
  • • Develop and Document Best Practices: Play a key role in building our operational playbook. You will document successful strategies, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborate with the team to define the optimal synergy between human operators and AI agents.
  • • Provide Feedback and Insights: Offer valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams based on your operational experience, helping to identify areas for AI improvement and new feature development.
