- • As a Sales Development Representative at Nivoda, you will be at the front line of North American growth, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective jewellery businesses to build the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
- • Day to day, you will proactively prospect via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn, research target accounts, conduct high-volume outreach with a tailored narrative, qualify inbound leads, book and hand off discovery calls, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, collaborate with AEs and marketing, and hit weekly and monthly KPIs around activity and meetings booked.
- • Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace processing $300M+ in annual transactions, transforming a $350B industry by democratizing access to high-quality inventory for jewellers of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will learn the full sales motion, build real expertise in an industry undergoing massive disruption, accelerate your career in tech sales, and help shape how the SDR function scales in North America.
🎯 Requirements
- • B2B sales or business development experience, ideally at a high-velocity SMB SaaS or marketplace company
- • Proven cold calling experience and genuine comfort on the phone for daily outbound calling
- • Excellent communicator with clear writing, confident speaking, and ability to adapt pitch on the fly
- • Resilient and driven mindset, treating rejection as data and iterating quickly
- • Naturally curious, asking good questions to understand the customer's world before pitching
- • Organised and accountable, keeping pipeline clean, follow-ups timely, and commitments met
