- • Own the first impression: every day you will initiate 50–70 outbound calls to financial professionals across the country, positioning Crump as the indispensable partner for life, annuity, long-term-care and disability solutions. Your confident, consultative style turns cold leads into warm opportunities and re-energizes dormant accounts, directly fueling the sales pipeline for our entire organization.
- • Master our tech stack: log every interaction in Microsoft Dynamics–based CrumpCRM with meticulous detail, ensuring data integrity that powers marketing automation, executive dashboards and carrier reporting. You will become the go-to subject-matter expert on CRM workflows, list segmentation and campaign analytics, translating raw data into actionable insights for sales leadership.
- • Champion digital adoption: conduct live Webex demos and one-on-one phone tutorials that move advisors from paper to our Crump Transaction Center and other web tools. Your ability to simplify complex workflows reduces case-processing time by up to 40 %, freeing advisors to spend more time in front of clients and less time on administrative tasks.
- • Collaborate without borders: partner daily with internal wholesalers, external field partners, underwriting and new-business teams to craft multi-product strategies that deepen wallet-share. You will quarterback cross-functional huddles, share real-time feedback from the field and ensure every hand-off feels seamless to the advisor.
- • Think like a strategist: analyze each advisor’s book of business, production history and demographic profile to tailor messaging that resonates. Whether the goal is premium growth, product diversification or succession planning, you will pivot your approach on the fly and uncover upsell opportunities that expand average revenue per advisor by 15 %+.
- • Create content velocity: distribute targeted emails, podcasts, flyers and webinar invites that keep Crump top-of-mind. You will A/B-test subject lines, track open rates and iterate rapidly, turning marketing collateral into conversation starters that shorten the sales cycle.
- • Deliver concierge-level support: field inbound calls and emails with first-call resolution, connecting advisors to underwriting, commissions, licensing or illustration teams within minutes. Your encyclopedic knowledge of Crump resources turns frustrated callers into loyal advocates.
- • Commit to continuous learning: attend weekly Lunch-and-Learns, carrier roadshows and mentorship circles to stay ahead of product innovations, regulatory changes and sales techniques. You will log CE credits, share best practices and occasionally co-train new teammates, reinforcing a culture of perpetual improvement.
- • Measure what matters: track daily KPIs—dials, connects, qualified opportunities, pipeline value and conversion rates—using Power BI dashboards. You will present weekly wins and bottlenecks to leadership, influencing campaign design and resource allocation.
- • Protect the brand: every interaction must reflect Crump’s One Team ethos—professional, inclusive and relentlessly client-centric. Your voice becomes the embodiment of trust, ensuring advisors feel heard, valued and eager to refer peers.
