This pivotal role is instrumental in accelerating the growth of our acquired businesses by developing and executing robust sales strategies that drive both new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships. As a Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping sales initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team, and ensuring the consistent achievement of ambitious revenue targets. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to driving proactive prospecting and outbound campaigns, alongside strategic networking initiatives, to generate and meticulously manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and new business opportunities. Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of strategies designed to deepen client relationships, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value and driving significant upsell and cross-sell opportunities, all while ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and unwavering loyalty. You will lead the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, ensuring effective deal management, the creation of tailored proposals that resonate with client needs, and strategic negotiations that directly support and advance the company's revenue goals. Accurate sales forecasting for both new and existing business will be a core responsibility, requiring you to provide reliable revenue projections and adapt strategies dynamically as market conditions or performance dictates. You will also be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, including exploring untapped regions, industries, and verticals, strategically positioning the company as an indispensable and trusted partner. Continuous improvement of sales processes, the implementation of industry best practices, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the optimal tools, comprehensive training, and necessary resources to achieve peak performance will be ongoing priorities.
