- • As a Sales Director (Agentic AI Testing) at UiPath, you will drive growth and success for Large Enterprise Accounts across industries in Hong Kong, serving as the voice of existing clients and shaping product development strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers to identify new opportunities, develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to meet or exceed customer business objectives, and manage and forecast sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets and company goals.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address challenges, and build strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners to enhance UiPath's market position.
- • You will drive a culture of sales excellence through consistent implementation of sales processes and performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic progress, and demonstrate proven success in consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects and long-term account strategy development.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in field sales, selling enterprise application SaaS/Cloud/Software solutions to C-level executives
- • 5+ years of experience selling specifically to Large Enterprises
- • In-depth understanding of multiple industries and enterprise specialized subjects like Accounting/Supply Chain/R&D Engineering/Sales & Marketing/Human Resources
- • In-depth technical understanding of Automation, SW Testing and Digital Transformation
- • Proven record of accomplishment of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects
- • Experience building relationships with CXO’s of large enterprise customers for business expansion
- • Demonstrated success in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills of Cantonese with ability to engage at all organizational levels
