- • As the Sales Director for the Americas, you will be instrumental in driving Notabene's expansion and revenue growth across the United States and Latin America. This pivotal role demands a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the financial services and cryptocurrency landscapes, particularly concerning regulatory compliance and infrastructure solutions. You will be at the forefront of engaging with major financial institutions and crypto organizations, educating them on the critical importance of compliance in digital asset transactions and positioning Notabene's cutting-edge technology as the indispensable solution.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise-level clients. This encompasses proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential leads, conducting thorough discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, skillfully navigating complex negotiations, and ultimately closing significant deals. You will be expected to build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with internal teams. You will partner strategically with our Solutions Engineering and Customer Success departments to ensure seamless handoffs of new clients, facilitating smooth onboarding and identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling. Furthermore, you will act as a crucial conduit between the market and our product development teams, providing invaluable feedback on enterprise roadmap requirements and market trends to help shape the future direction of Notabene's offerings.
- • You will be tasked with educating prospective clients on the evolving regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency, including key concepts like the Travel Rule and the role of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). Your ability to articulate the value proposition of compliance in mitigating risk and enabling mainstream adoption of digital assets will be paramount. This involves staying abreast of regulatory changes and translating complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable benefits for our clients.
- • To ensure predictable and sustainable growth, you will manage a disciplined enterprise sales pipeline. This requires meticulous forecasting, diligent tracking of all sales activities and deal progress within HubSpot, and maintaining a high standard of data hygiene. Your ability to provide accurate pipeline visibility will be critical for strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • As a representative of Notabene, you will have opportunities to engage with the industry at large. This includes attending and presenting at key industry events, conferences, and hosting private meetings. While the role is remote-first, travel may be required to effectively represent the company, build brand presence, and foster strategic relationships within the Americas market.
