📋 Description
- • As a Sales Director for Banking at Fireblocks, you will drive enterprise sales of digital asset infrastructure solutions to Tier 1, 2, and 3 US banks and financial institutions, playing a pivotal role in transforming how these institutions adopt blockchain and digital assets.
- • You will own full-cycle sales, including strategic prospecting, executive engagement, multi-stakeholder navigation, technical collaboration with Sales Engineers, pipeline management, and consistent quota attainment in a high-stakes, complex sales environment.
- • You will join an industry-leading digital asset infrastructure company trusted by global financial institutions like BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, and Revolut, securing over $7 trillion in digital asset transfers and backed by $1B+ in funding.
- • You will develop deep expertise in selling transformative technology to conservative financial institutions, mastering complex deal orchestration, executive relationship-building, and strategic territory planning while working alongside elite technical and go-to-market teams.
