  • • Own Veloq’s commercial motion across Europe, including revenue targets, pipeline development, and closing the first major enterprise customers in grocery, retail, and 3PL sectors.
  • • Deepen and expand an existing pipeline of qualified target accounts while identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities throughout Europe.
  • • Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, healthy coverage, and clear deal progression metrics.
  • • Refine the sales playbook by defining ICPs, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, qualification criteria, and deal stages for enterprise sales.
  • • Lead consultative sales of complex warehouse automation and e-grocery software solutions, translating technical capabilities into measurable business value for operations, IT, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with C-level and VP-level decision-makers across grocery retailers, logistics providers, and supply chain organizations.
  • • Work directly with the CEO on pricing strategy, commercial terms, and high-stakes negotiations for enterprise deals.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure deals are winnable, credible, and smoothly transitioned into implementation.
  • • Represent Veloq at industry events and forums to build brand presence, generate pipeline, and establish thought leadership in warehouse automation and e-grocery technology.
  • • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, establishing high standards for execution, forecast discipline, and customer engagement as the organization scales.
  • • Operate in a startup environment with ambiguity and speed, helping define how Veloq sells globally by shaping commercial strategy from the ground up.
  • • Sell a proven, operational technology platform already used at scale by Rohlik Group to serve 850,000+ customers across five European markets.
  • • Manage long and complex sales cycles ranging from 6 to 18 months, requiring persistence, strategic account planning, and multi-stakeholder alignment.
  • • Utilize CRM and AI tools to accelerate pipeline movement and improve sales efficiency.
  • • Drive the creation of a scalable, repeatable sales motion from an early stage, with no pre-existing corporate infrastructure or polished processes to inherit.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology sales
  • • At least 5 years in senior commercial and/or hunter roles
  • • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas at €1M+ ARR level
  • • Strong experience selling into retail, grocery, or logistics operations at C-level/VP level
  • • Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics
  • • Proven people management experience — coaching, performance management, building strong sales culture
