- • As a Sales Director within Jabil's Healthcare Sales organization, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is pivotal in fostering customer trust and ensuring unparalleled satisfaction, acting as a key liaison between Jabil and its vital healthcare partners. You will engage with customers at multiple levels, from operational teams to senior leadership, to understand their evolving needs and present Jabil's comprehensive engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. Your strategic insights and ability to leverage Jabil's global network and local expertise will be crucial in delivering scalable and customized solutions that address the complex challenges within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on Diagnostic and Medical Device customers. - • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of sales leadership. You will be tasked with defining, developing, and executing a robust sales strategy that aligns with Jabil's overarching corporate sales objectives. A significant part of your role will involve building deep trust with potential and existing customers by thoroughly understanding the Jabil selling process, from initial prospecting and pre-approach planning to needs assessment, presentation, objection handling, gaining commitment, and diligent follow-up. You will work closely with senior management to qualify new potential customers, ensuring alignment with Jabil's strategic direction and business unit goals. This involves developing a keen understanding of work cell and business unit strategies to effectively position Jabil's offerings. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with Business Development, Operations, Business Unit teams, and Engineering to architect and present meaningful growth solutions tailored to client needs. A strong proficiency in Salesforce will be essential for effectively targeting new customers and managing your sales pipeline.
- • You will also be responsible for developing accurate and timely sales forecasts for the healthcare sector, providing critical data for strategic planning and resource allocation. This includes developing detailed customer sales strategies and meticulously monitoring their progress, comparing forward forecasts against historical actuals to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. On the technical front, you will create customer and product penetration strategies for both new and existing accounts, informed by product lifecycle analysis. A key aspect of your role will be interpreting and communicating complex customer requirements to internal teams, enabling the development of services and operational capabilities that support new business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting RFQ analysis, preparing formal presentations to customers, and ensuring that key financial measures, including profitability and RONA targets, are met within each quote. Furthermore, you will actively promote Jabil’s extensive capabilities, global footprint, and diverse service offerings, acting as a brand ambassador. A critical component of this role involves leading commercial negotiations with new customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with Jabil's business objectives. You may also be called upon to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to overall business success.
